How long would you expect a response from a company like QTEL, Qatar Airways , QP, or QGas ?

I had an eMail response asking for further details but heard nothing for over a month. I rung them up and they said they're still deciding.... how long do you think they'll take.

If this country lacks of something is customer service, they are not consistent al all I will not be very sure that they will answer you. If you need information is better to give them a call or go directely to the place. The country is developing very fast, but the people ara taking time to catch up.
