Help me with this visa problem please

Directly to the point its for my brother ….visa was released 6 month ago I think entry visa, but unfortunately he could not make it within entry duration,. And its expired, now I have made setting with another company and they are ready to give him a job, my question is , is it possible ? I mean will he get another visa from any another company????? If not until when he needs to wait???? I could not find it in any old question so kindly help me……
In summery.
- Visa was issued.
- He never entered the country.
- Entry visa expired.
- Planning to apply for another one from another company.
- Is it possible????

yes it is possible to get another, because of he did not entry this country so automatically visa was cancel or expiry. hence you can apply for another visa for him.
