engineer with 5 years exp. but without job!!!

i am a female presales-project manager engineer living in qatar on my husband's sponsorship....need a job fulltime or part time ,i can work also as sales support engineer ,i have 5 years experience in multinational leading company ...i applied in many companies here but nothing happen, it seems i must know some contacts inside the companies to push my papers and support me .....can anybody help me in anyway ??
also i can teach math or science in any independent school as my studies and language enables me to do so.
