Advice Appreciated..!!!

Hello Forum,

I am currently on a visit visa to qatar, in stay for 1 month, i have to find a job,i am looking for IT jobs in system administration role, i have worked for companies like DELL,IBM and WIRPO LTD as Sr. Engineer-server management role and have total 7.5 years of experience.

I have started applying for jobs online will this work out, i would really appreciate if all can advice on:

1. if Any other means to find a IT job in qatar apart from online.

2.Can i personally go to companies and submit my resume ?

3.Suggest some consultants,agencies or site for better result.

Hi Dilgeer...

You are absolutely correct,Most of the companies have outsourced there works to mainly china..So finding a IT job would not be easy.

Well, i am not looking for a job which can give me 14k sal at the beginning, at least something for time being to survive out here...Anyways thank you for your advice..

Please let me know if you can share some leads to me on finding a job...!!!

My Friend i mean all assignments have been given in India/china............. most of them in India.. because of huge difference in labor wages... for ex... here one IT engineer demand minimum QR14,000(Including Family status)... in India i hope you know..............
