Vodafone Qatar - Cheating People

Myself Mohamed Afsal. I would like to open up a issue going on in Qatar.
 
Vodafone is giving offers and getting attention of people to convert prepaid connections to postpaid. The hidden agenda is to make money money by cheating people. There are a lot of people cheated and getting cheated like this.
 
Here, there are lot of people like labours etc who will not be cross verifying the call logs and monthly bills. They are simply charging for lot of free calls. Mostly  They offer Vodafone to Vodafone free calls and when we check the bill history lot of calls they are charging. This is just an example. Like this in many ways they are cheating peoples here. If you are reporting this, I am sure there will be a lot of people coming up with complaints. Please e aware of this and check your bills properly

myself Mohiuddi. I have very bed experience with vodafone Qata. Jan 2019 suddenly i get a call from vodafone customer service they told i have a due bill 230qr. I ask tham for what i have bill?? Than they infromed me on my id one postpaid sim are activeted. I infromed them i didn’t buy any plan from vodafone. Than they replay me i need to vodafone store and i need to make complain about that. Than i was going vodafone lulu old airport branch. And i was talk with agent about this issue. Agent check my id.. I saw that they sell sim with my expired rp. My rp expired date 09/07/2018. But they sell sim December2018. Than i informed them didn’t taken any simcard pls stop this simcard make an complained about that. The Agent replying we send mail in our Head office we will update you within 7 days. After 7days i was going Again they told me still replay not came. 3/4 time i was going like that but no any positive result. Than i ask them about complain number but they dont want to give that. Today i was going Again. finally they give me one complain number. Tomorrow i will call in cra about this issue.

So friends if any one have any good idea pls replay me..

Vodafone cheating with customer always sending additional bills .I suspend my number for month and clear all previous dues .after month when i return from leaves Vodafone send me suspended month additional bill .when i contact Vodafone customer helpline they update that its advance month bill for next month .after month same amount they show suspended month balance even i complaint to govt authorities but still i not got response so all customer should aware about this cheating #Vodafone_Qatar

with me same. I have submitted my QID while taking the new SIM and they have disconnected my connection after certain time period and after checking with them saying that its disconnected due to reason of not submitting QID.

I hav an open experience with vofafone qatar, i paid twice same overdue.once am move to vaccation i cleared everything and when i back there is same amount is due on my account, after i connect with champions they says there is no paid bills almost 3months, what is that. ....i didnt understant them. ...and those who continuing with vodafone u must keep the xerox of original payment slip. ...if u dont do like next day u can see ur slip letters will erase automatically. ...so u dont hav any evidence with u for your payments so be careful. ....like this i had to pay almost 1400 extra to them.....

I once complained my experience on their costumer service thru calling 111, complaining on why no Outcall when I paid my bills, it took me 6 calls that totally connected (and maybe 20+ more didn't push thru) with each call more than 15mins and 1 call for more than 40 mins for each is the same complain, and 1 was even blaming me and my phone for the problem, and took them 3days to resolve. Don't expect anything from their Costumer service CHAMPION. Better complain to ICT,

This is a open cheating. Simply charge the calls for nothing. How many illiterate could be cheated like this !!!

@Online Team, there is no proper signals at the airport site and grounds, Ooredoo receives full signal.... why Vodafone has no coverage!!! You guys spend on those useless vip parking at the malls, instead of using your funds to upgrade your networks! Also, I tried using the vip service, and sometimes find no attendants on the valet service. You guys need to improve and stop promoting useless vip services that not many people use!

wow! Vodafone is replying here! online team - can you also improve your cell sites, in the basement-no signal, in the lift - no signal, in the toilet - no signal, and a lot more dead spots ! all of our users in our 40th floor return back to ooredoo - as there's also no signal there... very poor service...

Vodafone has the worst technical support, worst customer service ever. Suffered a lot with them. they disconnect my line for more than 18 days without any proper reason, also i had 4 complaints regarding my monthly bill!! Really someone has to take action regarding them. Reported them several times but still nothing changed!

Are the victims reading the terms and conditions of their agreements with Vodaphone? Most people don't. There is a reason why above where you sign the agreement it states (in English and Arabic) "I have read and I understand ..."
