Traffic signal at Dahl Al Hamam now open

The traffic signals at the Dahl al-Hamam intersection, which has replaced the old roundabout, were switched on with the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) completing the project.

The signals at Al Markhiya intersection were commissioned on Sunday. Ashghal had started work on converting both the roundabouts into intersections from May this year.

The work was carried out without the closure of roads by maintaining two track-lanes open on both directions. It also provided other routes and temporary entries to residential districts.
