Qatar Petroleum announces increased fuel prices for March

Qatar Petroleum has published the new list of fuel prices for March.

Bucking the downward trend that was displayed in the last few months, the prices of fuel in Qatar have been increased.

According to the new price list, a litre of Premium petrol will cost QR1.55 in March. This is an increase of five dirhams from the price in February.

There has been a similar increase in the cost of Super Petrol, which will cost QR1.60 a litre in March. This is up from QR1.55 this month.

The cost of diesel fuel has gone up 15 dirhams and will now cost QR1.85 per litre.

Despite the increase in cost, the price is still far lower than what it was in December 2018, when a litre of Premium petrol, Super petrol and diesel was QR1.80, QR1.85 and QR2 respectively.
