Qatar yesterday strongly condemned the shooting that took place in the US city of Orlando, Florida state, which left dozens of dead and wounded.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said “Qatar reiterates its condemnation of all forms of violence and terrorism, whatever their motives and justifications, and emphasises the need for concerted international efforts to face criminal acts that target civilians everywhere in the world”.

Qatar expressed its condolences to the US government, people and the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

Fifty people died when a gunman, allegedly inspired by the Islamic State (IS) group, opened fire inside a nightclub in Florida, in the worst terror attack on US soil since September 11, 2001.

“We know enough to say that this was an act of terror and an act of hate,” President Barack Obama said, as he led Pope Francis and Western leaders in condemnation.

Saudi Arabia's Interior Ministry says that Omar Mateen, who killed 49 people at a gay club in Orlando, Florida, before being killed by police, visited the kingdom twice to perform an Islamic pilgrimage.

KHAN: Don't judge so you would not be judged. Stop being hypocrite. You are not holier than those people that lost their lives. We should learn to give values to lives be it sinners or otherwise.

Am sure a fanatic like you would be so glad hearing such news. You always deviate every discussion into religion matter.

My strong request is to !!

Please don't use the name Islam for the reference for these terrorist people as "Islamic State (IS).

As we all know this is not islam, Then why we are still using the word islamic state !!!

THINK#UNDERSTAND#RESPONSE#REACT#PEACE

May Allah guide us to the straight path.

Hi Khan just for your information, regardless if something or someone is haram it is not for a human being to take someone else's lives. Then what do you call that lunatic gunman who left those cold bodies lifeless?

And it is not for you as well to question if gay people can or cannot rest in peace? As if you have lived your life in accordance with the scriptures.

Let The Almighty do the judging.

KHAN.

How can gays rest in peace. It is haraam. Again you see an act of disobedience and see what happened.
