Qatar Central Bank announces schedule of bank holidays for Eid Al Adha

If you are planning to get some financial transactions done towards the end of this month, then you should better hurry.

This is because the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) has announced that all financial institutions in the country will remain closed for Eid Al Adha holidays from Thursday, August 31 to Tuesday, September 5. The banks will reopen for business on Wednesday, September 6.

A notice, which announces the bank holidays during the festive season, has been signed off by QCB Governor HE Sheikh Abdulla Bin Saoud Al Thani.
