Qatar Airways, for the first time, will start operating its advanced Airbus A350-1000 planes to New York’s John F Kennedy (JFK) Airport.
The service, which is set to begin on October 28, will be the Doha-based airline’s first foray into the US market with the advanced plane, reported Gulf Times.

Qatar Airways was the first airlines to purchase the Airbus’s wide body aircraft and it currently operates it between Doha and London.
The A350-1000 will offer 327 seats across two cabins, with 46 Qsuite Business Class seats and 281 18-inch extra wide Economy Class seats. The low-noise Aric raft gives passengers extra comfort including advanced air conditioning technology and full LED mood lighting, according to The Peninsula.

The introduction of this next-generation aircraft to the route demonstrates our commitment to providing passengers travelling to and from the US with the most modern aircraft available,” Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al Baker was quoted as saying by Qatar Tribune.
