could you please advice me ...............

Dear all, I would like to know about that I have been working in qatar since 2003 to during date as a diffrent role in same company but the company is not providing me a good salary,accomodation, transportation,food,overtime etc as my work and period of working time and they are providing about 30-40% more salary to other nationality.if I ask to my department head they are easily say go back to country but I can't go back coz I spend so long time to be a profisnal worker in same company with hard work as different field and got the driving license also with my three month saved salary.please advice me whether I ask release from company???and I was came in qatar under business visa with paid about qar.6000 with own ticket.kindly assist meee...
