Motorists asked to remove vehicle stickers that hinder visibility

For anyone that has decked out their car a little too much, the General Directorate of Traffic has asked motorists to remove stickers from rear windshields or side windows of vehicles which “block or hinder” visibility.
Speaking to The Peninsula, a source at the General Directorate of Traffic said, “Pasting of these stickers is the violation of traffic law and we have passed directions to people for their removal. Also we have dispatched directions to shops in this regard.”
When asked whether they would impose penalties on shops which sold such stickers to the customers, he said, “the one who is responsible for the act is the owner of the vehicle himself because they can buy the stickers from the shops and paste them on the cars themselves.”
For public transport vehicles, the drivers have been instructed to remove the stickers because it is a violation of traffic law number 24.
Today marks the 308th day of the illegal blockade of Qatar, but support for his HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has not flagged. If anything, the common Tamim Al Majd portrait that decorates nearly every shopfront, car and public building has become one of many images that support Qatar and its leader.
While the authorities are not outlawing these stickers altogether, they are prohibiting their application on vehicles if they in any way obstruct visibility for the drivers, so showing support for the country with your vehicle is not impossible.

That's acceptable.
These stickers can be anywhere except glass.
Actually for safety and security reasons , the stickers should not hinder visibility.
Qatar is a safe country. However Qatar has to take precautions. Any enemy coming in a vehicle with full wrapping in stickers can bring whatever inside the vehicle..see the seriousness.
God protect Qatar and the young Emir.
