Hamad Medical Corporation announces working hours during Eid
The Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) announced its working hours during Eid Al Adha and noted that Emergency services in all hospitals will be working around the clock every day of the week.
All Outpatient Department (OPD) clinics will be closed from September 11 to 13. Other services will operate as follows:
Hamad General Hospital
OPD clinics will re-open September 14-15 with a limited number of clinics available. Patients will be informed of their appointment timings. The OPD Pharmacy will open 7am to 3pm from September 14.
Women's hospital
High Risk, Feto-Maternal Unit and Newborn Screening Clinics will be open on September 13-15 and on September 18.
National Center for Cancer Care and Research
Radiotherapy services will operate as normal. Hematology and Oncology Clinics are scheduled for mornings only on September 14-15 but there will be no evening clinics. The Day Care Unit will be closed on September 11-12.
Heart Hospital
OPD and all out-patient non-invasive procedure clinics will be closed September 11-15 inclusive.
Al Wakra Hospital
The OPD will be closed all week except for rehabilitation clinics. Other clinics will resume with a reduced schedule on September 14-15. Patients will be informed of their appointment times. The OPD Pharmacy will open with clinics September 14-15.
Al Khor Hospital
OPD clinics will be closed all week and will re-open on Sunday, September 18. However the OPD Pharmacy will open daily 7am to 3pm.
Cuban Hospital
OPD clinics will be closed all week and will re-open on September 18. Pharmacy services will be available from the Emergency Department.
Rumailah Hospital
The OPD clinics will be closed with the exception of the Plastic Surgery and Dermatology, which will have walk- in clinics on September 14-15. Also open will be the Geriatrics, Maxiofacial, Physical Medicine Rehabilitation and Dentistry which will have daily walk in clinics. Both clinics will be open 8am-1pm.
Mental Health Services
The clinics will open on September 14-15 as per scheduled appointments. The OPD Pharmacy will also open on September 14-15.
