Expect stormy seas and windy weather today

The weather bureau has warned that the sea could be stormy today with strong wind, making the waves jump up to four to five feet high.
At night, particularly in the north, the waves will be more jumpy, reports The Peninsula.
Inshore, too, the weather will be slightly unstable with thin layers of dust in the air. There will be scattered clouds, with chances of rain in the north and near the east coast.
Strong northwesterly wind will continue tomorrow and last until late on Thursday night, the bureau said in a special bulletin yesterday.
The weather is likely to become relatively pleasant from tomorrow when day temperatures are expected to fall by around four degrees C on average, to 34 degrees, while at night the mercury level will be around 26.
The maximum temperature forecast for today is 38 degrees and the minimum 29.
