"The Debate": A discussion about healthy eating presented by Good Life Market

With so many fad diets out there, it’s hard to pick what works for you and your body type. Good Life Market has decided to spark an exciting discussion to answer these various questions calling it "The Debate".
Good Life Market is Qatar’s first and only health food store, providing customers with a variety of clean and healthy products, all gathered under one roof.
Their products include fresh already-made healthy meals, fresh beverages, organic vegetables, organic toiletries, MCT oils, whey protein, organic oats and many other clean and healthy items.
Hosted by Msheireb Museums, the owner and founder of Good Life Market, Muneera AL-Kubaisi, will moderate with four panel experts in attendance, each having a different take on what it means to eat healthy.
The panel includes:
- Noora AL-Kuwari — Balanced diet health coach at NourishedNoora.com
Ghanim AL-Sulaiti — Owner of Evergreen Organics, a vegan cafe
Anahi Brown — Powerhouse Keto diet coach & Youtube personality
Christelle Abi Rached — Director of Nutrition & Wellness at The Diet Delights center in Doha
Each expert has their own spin on what it means to eat healthy. They'll go toe-to-toe to hash out the pros and cons of their varying approaches to healthy living and nutrition, with topics like "are raw vegans pretentious and self-important?" and "is the keto-diet potentially dangerous to your health?"
