CRA initiates a full probe into outage of Vodafone services
Qatar’s Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) said it had initiated a full investigation into the outage of Vodafone Qatar’s network, which left many of its customers without access to voice calls and data services.
The outage started around 3.30am Monday and was restored partially until late evening, Gulf Times quoted CRA as saying in a statement.
The authority has demanded Vodafone to come up with a detailed report about the outage by Thursday (July 20). This is in line with their obligations stated in its license, including service continuity and customer information.
The outage, which Vodafone acknowledged in a Tweet yesterday, had sent people on Twitter into a tizzy.

The CRA has also demanded Vodafone to report on the main reason for the interruption, the nature and the effect of the problem on customers and the steps taken to resolve it, as well as the measures taken to avoid such problem in the future, reported The Peninsula.
The CRA added that under the license granted to the company, Vodafone is obliged to provide appropriate compensation to its customers for this interruption in service.

Very Very Bad ,,, Have to put huge amount fine to vodafone. In whole my life this is my first experience and very very bad experience.
ban on @Vodafone and need to replace to other reputable telecom company
Vodafone !!!! Still they are not able to resolve my issue related to roaming which was due since 4 years now ...........!!! And everytime I come back and complaint , these nuts are good at playing tricks .
Kick this Vodafone out and Get Reliance JIO in Qatar !!!!!!!
Very bad PR.
If they have my e-mail to send me bills they also have my e-mail to send an apology and updates.
Shameful behavior.
Delays... It's normal for Vodafone. For every customer complaint they will say to wait 24 to 48 hours for any update. Now the ball is in their court. Now, 28+ hours and counting...
We should keep in simple & find fault which may be technical.
