Baladiya shuts down famous restaurants for unhygienic conditions
The Baladiya has shut down some restaurants located in Al-Wakrah, Al-Khor, Industrial Area and Central Doha this month for violating the conditions laid out by the ministry.
The official website of the ministry reveals that some restaurants had been storing food in disgusting conditions, while others have been serving expired food.
The ministry recently released some images taken from a branch of the well-known Afghan Brothers Restaurant located in Wakrah.
The tweet said that the restaurant has been closed down for a month for "using food stuff unfit for human consumption"

Furthermore, according to Doha News, the restaurants that have been following unhygienic conditions and ordered to be shut down for a month are- Afghan Brothers and Al-Hara Al-Shamiya Sweets in Al-Wakrah, Diwan Al Jazeera restaurant in Muaither, Colorado Restaurant on Khalifa Street in central Doha, Al Tanoor Cafeteria and Abdulla Zaid Cafeteria in the Industrial Area.
Week long closures have been laid upon The Sizzlers in Al Khor, Al Zakira Modern Chicken in Al Khor and House of Tea Restaurant.
Also, Lewan Shamal restaurant in Ruwais was closed down for 15 days for serving rice with a bug in it.

Bakery also should be inspected for producing breads/kapus/biscuit and other item. Definitely they will get lot of culprits.

There is a theory that with the growth in world population and the need for extra food , we will all have to start eating bugs one day..
Ok, Ok .. the QUESTION the Baladiya guys should have ask, is - Did they Charge EXTRA for the bug? if not - so why close it? :D
