Attestation office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar Changed Location

The attestion office, which was lcoated previously on the C Ring Road has now moved to the Diplomatic compound in the West bay area, which also houses the British, Turkish, Lebanese and other embassies. The transfer happened on 13th July as per the notice posted on the old building gate.

It is Now located near the Red Dot in the map. Direct Access to the Attestation office for normal people is off limits. A Karwa Shuttle Service exists which takes the people from a Parking Ground, which is located on the Opposite side of the Entry gate of the Diplomatic Compound, near a Big Mosque. People who are willing to go to the attestation office or to any of the embassies, can park their cars in the ground, and take the karwa bus from there. The Shuttle Service is Free of cost and readily available. The Karwa bus will drop you just outside the attestation office. After entering the attestation office, you will get a token for your turn. The attestation office was pretty empty on 14th July, 2014, probably because not too many people were aware of the change in the location, and it hardly took 15 minutes to get the documents attested. As there are 10 counters available, we hope the process would remain quick over the time.
