Jeep Service Package

Need advice from fellow jeep owners.I am buying a 2020 jeep hrand cherokee which has just expired its warranty 2 months ago.is it better to extend the warranty from the dealer or take a service package?Any info on how much it will cost me yearly?tried calling the customer care,they were not able to give me a clear answer.
