How to celebrate your kid's (1- 10 years) Birthday during the pandemic
Kids look forward to celebrating their birthday for months. During this pandemic, we need not disappoint them.
Below are some creative ways to celebrate your kid's birthday.
Theme party:
You can decide a theme for your kid and plan the party accordingly.
Select the theme based on their favorite cartoon, movie character, superhero or video games, etc.
Baking time:
Bake a cake according to the theme or you can order it online.
My advice is to bake by yourself if you can.
Request cards/Videos:
You can ask your family and your kids friends to make cards or videos wishing for the special day and send you in advance.
Decoration time:
You can decorate a room based on the theme with the available decorations at your home.
Kids love balloons, so you can fill the room with as many balloons as possible.
Gift:
Order a gift online if possible in advance and surprise them.
Host a virtual party:
Send out an invite to your family/friends in advance to gather on a zoom, google hangouts, or a skype video call.
Movie screening:
You can play their favorite movie with some of their favorite drinks/snacks.
Even during these hard times, you can make their day special and memorable.
