Where to collect renewed health card?

Last September 2008,I renewed my health Card (for hamad hospital) thru online & paid the corresponding amount (e-government).In that application it mentioned the choices of where & how to collect the renewed heath card like(Q-post office with additional fees either from rumailah hospital without extra charges).
I much indeed prefer to have it on rumailah,so after a month I went to the mentioned hospital to claim my card,unfortunately they told me that my card was not there I was asked to go to hamad hospital (womens' dept) & so I did.
Still the same story,nobody can really explain where was my card goes?I checked the online at (Hukoomi) & my status was already approved.
CAn anybody can help me about this?

In Women`s Hospital there is a counter special for health card. Did u ask from that counter or only in the reception? You can collect ur card from that counter.
You can produce the e-receipt, if you have printed it out and show the rumeilah center to see if they have it. They should be having it.
Otherwise you can give the details like when you made the transaction etc. by mail, phone or fax

and let them respond to it or you can use the last card which is the last option.
I think you just use the old card as your details will be updated in the HMC system.
