place to workout in the mornig

hi all I'm fitness trainer working in morning as a freelancer I have clients already but I have problem now that I need place open in the morning at 5 am and should be cheap. just place for training even without any equipment cause i have mine.

what I looking for like ex. ( studio area or club or volleyball playground ) any thing but for sure not open air cause summer is coming .

I started already but I should change the place and I have people in their own villa but I have 5 outside so I shouold found another place and I work freelance just in morning from 5am till 12pm so I can't rent villa cause I work in diverse places
