If there is any doctor or related practicioner plz pm me.I have been diagnoised as Panic Attack patient.I need advice as to a good doctor from India.I want to know if these attacks can be fatal as pressure and pulse increases abnormally.Plz help.

I believe that stress can increase the symptoms and that a regular physical activity can help you but you should also try to understand the origins of the attacks. Thanks a lot to both.It has given me immense mental strength.I am on Inderal now but the attacks keep coming and I feel I will die each time...The doctor has put me on inderal and I dont know if I will be better again.
