i really wanna do the lasik eye surgery, but i'm new in Doha i don't know where should i go, and how much it will cost? and if u know any good doctor can u pleaseeee give me his number.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you have insurance, then I would suggest you to try out Al Magrabi Hospital and Al Ahli Hospital. They both have opthamologists with more than 10 years of experience in performing LASIK surgeries. I had 2 appointments with Dr Ahmed Elantry in Magrabi and I wanted a second opinion (partly because I wasn' satisfied with his explanation about the whole procedure and partly because they're charging me with what my insurance is covering, not the actual cost of the procedure) so I am going to try Al Ahli. The doctor in Al Ahli is a German whom has an impressive resume, and he used to work in Magrabi before moving to Al Ahli. Bear in mind tho, that he is usually fully booked, I called today and got an appointment on 23rd only!
