I want to know

This is the questiopn regarding the accident wich I asked earlier.

Now I want to know is it ok to take a bone peice from the hip to join in the fractured gap area?

If we do this will I get any side effects later on.In my hip.Do any one think that it is possible to do?will it be harmful later on in my life?

Please if any one knows about this pls be kind enough to answer me.Please give your advice/suggesions about this?what do you think about this opperation?
