Curretly I need to do complete medical test for employment screening purpose. any body knows where's the facility that I can do that one..

Check with Naseem AlRabeeh, C Ring Road, Opposite Gulf Times. I guess they should be able to carry out most of the tests you have listed as they have a well-equipped laboratory with qualified staff. Should they be unable to carry out any particular test, they will recommend you any place where it can be done.
