DEAR ALL,
MY HUGE PROBLEM ON MY BODY IS MY STOMACH, ITS GETTING BIGGER EVERYDAY AND I CANNOT STAND LOOKING AT MY BIG FAT STOMACH ANYMORE.
I'M NOT PREGNANT YET, NO BABY YET AND JUST 30 U KNOW!
I'M LAZY FOR EXCERCISE, DON'T WANT TO HEAR THE GYM SOMETIMES.
WHAT CAN I DO WITHOUT EXCERCISE TO GET RID OF IT.

Oh dear!you are what you eat.If you're lazy and you love food then there's no way you're gonna get rid of that tummy.Because even if you'll try liposuction or tummy tuck, you still need a lot of self-discipline after that one. There's no magic in losing weight. It took your body a lot of time to store those unwanted fats so naturally it will also take time to get want you want.Losing unwanted fats/weight is a process. So discipline your self, detox your body, exercise and learn to count calories..

Goodluck!

if u dont exercise..u have more time free..the more time free, u feel more like eating.!! so get back your ______ to the gym..!! atleast for the sake of ur tummy at the age of 30.

Iam very sure, u dont feel that bad or embarrased on ur tummy as what u wrote here...coz if u did, u would have worked hard for it in gym.

I bet, just jogging 40mins & good diet with less to feed ur stomach will surely reduce it in no time.

Try..!

If you like shopping, do 2 laps of the largest shopping centre in Doha 2-3 times per week. Carry your groceries instead of using a trolly (if you don't have too many). Without realising it you've had a cardio and weights work out. When we arrive in Doha at the end of next month it'll be one of the first things I start doing (its my excuse to check out all the shopping centres for my new home as well!!). Good luck, maybe when I get there we can see if anyone else wants to get some walking in and meet at a shopping centre a few times a week. When you walk with someone the work doesn't seem half as hard! Good luck!!

First of all, try to google and research your query. But IMHO, belly fat is the hardest part to reduce. One drastic procedure is liposuction or tummy tuck, which would be costly I think. Exercise? Maybe it works for some which would probably be genetic, otherwise we won't be seeing fat tummies if indeed exercise works for everyone. Logical, right?

Watch that fat in your tummy. Not a matter of cosmetics, but our health gets affected with the size of our waistlines. :)

Morning,

It may sound weird but the answer is change your life routine!! meet new people or even start new activities with ur friends or fill ur time with sth u like but to the limit of becoming boring, I will not tell go daily to gym or close your mouth 'coz if u have a lot of free time there'll be nothing to fill it exc. food...!! & don't go daily on the scale. after a while when u do loose some KG's u'll automatically start taking care of ur diet.

First of all asses yourself on the way you eat and what you eat, and the times during the day you eat.

Then plan yourself for exercise: just start walking everyday 10-15 mins and then start progresively to increase the time.

Like I said the first thing to be done is ASSES yourself and accept the fact that there is no miracle medicine to help you. You must also take action on this.

Regards!!
