According to an expert at HMC, individuals who are diabetic and fasting are especially susceptible to hypoglycemia if the Suhoor meal is missed while taking sugar controlling medicines or when exerting too much physical effort.
Therefore, it is highly recommended that the necessary measuring tools be procured so that you can test your blood sugar levels safely from home.
In another post, HMC has also pointed out that the COVID-19 vaccine can be taken even while fasting and does not affect the validity of the fast.
HMC had highlighted that the vaccine is taken intramuscularly and does not reach inside the body through a regular path, which is not nutritious.
