Help! I need advice for my insomnia!
It's 3 AM and i'm still awake. I'm still on the computer, playing in facebook and fidgeting with my phone. Are you an insomniac like me? How do you cope with this? What can I do to sleep better?
I get so stressed by trying to sleep that I feel so awful the next day trying to get up.
If you are not an insomniac, what time do you normally sleep then?
I experienced insomnia, the best cure is exercise.
Go for a run, lift some weights, if you're tired, you will sleep.
A sedentary life style where u spend time on the computer or tv all day is a big reason for insomnia.

It will be better for you to consult a doctor. There are so many things which should be studied and taken in to consideration such as your habits, life style, type of food you eat, your day to day activities etc.
first of all do not put any extra effort for sleeping. what you have written it does not mean that you have insomnia.insomnia has some specific symptoms better to consult with a doctor.
as primary advise try to follow these
1)no sleeping pill or alcohol.
2)less stress.
3)enough physical exercise
4)no reach food
5)no tea or coffee after afternoon.
6)no smoking.
