Gym, Swim, Chill

Hey everyone!

I'm due to be moving over to Qatar (Al Khor) in August and I'm wondering about gyms and swimming pools etc.

I would like to join a gym but would love access to a swimming pool (preferably outside). Is there anywhere you could recommend? Further to this, if there is a swimming pool linked, what would the dress code be like? Would I be required to be fully covered whilst swimming?

Another question, closely linked but not completely; has anyone any advice on using hotel facilities such as pools and private beaches for their downtime? I'd love to be able to go and lounge by the pool every now and then but I was wondering about the cost of this and whether you can perhaps get memberships for this sort of thing?

Anyways - I will be moving out there in 4 months and I'm also moving alone so would be great to hear from people already living out there etc.
