The type of kiss does not matter. As long as there is an exchange of bodily fluid, eg. the saliva, diseases can be transmitted.

Please now who is talking about HIV ........ please and if saliva really do not concerned us, then what is the need of disposable glasses and spoons at a gathering ..... why not complete family brush their teeth with a single brush... I was not saying its a cause of deadly disease, I mean it need precaution.... that too if you personally needed

No.

Such things have a hard time surviving in saliva outside the body ( and that does include kissing ).

The diseases are usually transffered airborne( coughing , sneezing ) or via exchange of bodily fluids ( not saliva, but through blood or sex)

people used to think you could catch aids ( HIV ) through kissing of any kind .

French Kiss involves exchange of saliva and the exchange of saliva in a tongue kiss may increase the chances of catching an orally transmitted disease, for instance human papillomavirus may be transmitted

Why don't you shoot yourself? It works, and you won't have any diseases.
