I've been a midwife for many years so I have a little insight into the horror of uterine rupture and that was after x1 CS....in my professional opinion, don't even think about it!! It will never be the sunny no intervention delivery you want it to be. You will hooked up to every thing possible and they do an emergency section without a second thought. any obstetrician worth his/her salt would not take the risk, mainly because of legal reasons. They splice open at a whim here........good luck if you choose to do it, but seriously think about the risk you are taking..is it really worth it for a normal delivery that probably wont' happen???....
