Looking for my child school for Grade 1. English Medium. Expected Max fees QR5,000 per Term.

House rent QR5,000 per month (semi furnished or unfurnished).

My office is in Al Gharafa street at Science & Tech park.

So, house location should be 10 Km arround the office. House should be nearest to school.

I also came here recently, I think for your location Gharaf , you can try Barwa city,

Unfurnished Studion is for 2500, 2BHK is for 5100 and 3BHK is for 6300 from Waseef (Leasing and maintenance company for Barwa). Furnished 2BHK is 7000 / 7250 and 3BHK is 7250 / 7500 depending on layout, from Tanveem, they call it Park residency. Regarding School I think it is impossible to get the kid admitted in school untill you don't get his RP. I tried today many schools, Netweon International Academy, British Doha school and some kindergarten all said the same story. I am still trying some posiibility on this , but till now no luck. For your buget you can try cambradge it is also not far from barwa.

If anybody on this form can help it will be really great for me. Please tell me the way out to get kid admitted if there is any, as I can't make his RP because I need six bank statements which I can give in June, by that time both the terms will finish.

My husband works very close to IKEA he needs and hr plus Wukair, Ezdan village. The houses are quite affordable and the compounds have the basic facilities. As per schools the Barwa City has just opened their Academy though your budget is a bit low but considering you are looking for an English system its worth to have a look. The school has a website you can check it http://nia.newtoninternationalschool.edu.qa/. A villa in ezdan village goes for QR 6000. 3 bedroom QR 4636. They have 2 bedrooms and one bedroom as well and they are all fully furnished.

gentle people, I liked your conversations. It indicates you are eager to help me out. Well, I understand it is high price to staying near to my office. But on the otherhand, I think there is way to live standard live (15,000 school for year and max 5,500 for house) if I stay little far away.

Give me a suggestion on this:

How about Ezdan Village and School near there. I know Ezdan Village will be 30KM from QSTP. But how about family life there? I heard it would be nice. And can I reach Ezdan village to QSTP by 35 minutes at peak hour?

How about Abu Mamoura and Hamour location?

I was indicating family apparment.

He just used the "not-commonly-used" term of "house" here in Qatar. Of course it is family accommodation (villa/flat whatever).

No, it is not impossible, There is 1 BHK Unfurnished for less than 5,000 QAR, how I know? I am staying with my sister before and she has two kids. And the person is already here in Qatar so might as well post some helpful suggestions.

Thelo, you are discouraging the person, he was asking a simple question on where to live based on his terms that would fit his monthly income but then there you go again.
