Hello Everyone,
I am working here in qatar. My comapny is not giving salary for last 3 months. I want to leave my job. I have offer in dubai. But problem is my current company will not give leave me as I am only engineer. So I want to go for vacation and then I will resign from my country. and then I will go to dubai. But is there any problem if i did't cancle my employment visa of Qatar to get UAE employment visa? Plese suggest me as early as possible.

Your re-entry visa is active for 6 months when u r out of Doha. Then automatically gets cancelled there by you cannot re-enter unless ratified by your sponsor. During this period no other GCC can process your visa. A bird in the hand is worth than 2 in the bush. Review again.
Exactly six month back, my friend got a good job offer at dubai, and he just went to india from qatar With Emergency leave.
from India he goes to Dubai and he joined there and he got visa but still he did not cancelled his Qatar Residence Visa. so there was no issue at all. it happened six month back..but now...???? as you know Middle east, "every sun rise may bring a new rules" - so check with your company at dubai, whether they can get visa for you under this criteria.
@Nasrin,unless you're "Senior Manager Category"below this category no way! the problem will arise when your new company in Dubai start processing your work visa ,immigration in Dubai will notice you still have Valid Qatar Residence Visa,in this case they'll ask you to go back to Qatar to cancel your RP and then come back..which is another story for u! make sure you don't lose four running for eight.FYI,all GCC has the same rules..
