Today we have an appointment for vaccination in UMM Guwalina Health center,
but when we visit there they said you don't have appointment we show them the card they said before 2 month new system introduce so when ever anyone have an appointment should register in reception also,
we told them that we don't know about it no one call us, how we know that there is a new system,
there around 5 person same like my case.

But no one care about them, they said we cant do anything take another appointment after 1 month I agreed on it and they wrote new appointment on card when I see the card its 16-10-2013 then I spoke to lady on reception that 16 will be holiday how you giving this date.
Then she talk to other lady and she said take appointment after 2 month I told them I going on vacation in November for 2 month but they said NO Vacant.
I don't know how's this system work they are just giving appointments without checking dates and we are suffering they don't care.

I spoke to head nurse, Reception ,Doctor also but they said we cant do any thing talk with administration

I went to administration Head but her way of talking very bad she said come after 2 month or go to private clinic when I ask why no one call us or if you change the system you should check your record and add us
But she said I told you go to private ,
I don't think this is the way to talk as an administrator, I am very disappointed about it and other people also.
If there is any management they should care about these things.
Now may be I will go for Private.

They are a law unto themselves - especially where expats are concerned.

Complain to the MOH - doubt it will do any good though
