**URGENT** Medical care when visiting

When visiting Qatar,whatis the policy with regards to medical care ? Can visitors on a visit-visa walk into any of the public or private health centers and get treated as long as they can pay out of pocket or do they need a medical card ? Please advice. My son has vaccinations due and I would like to know what to expect.

Health card is important if you start living here but for visitors it is not necessary. For kids under 2 years or 1, I don’t exactly know; medical treatment is free in Govt hospital. So, Don’t worry!
