Unique problem--Abusive maid what to do?

We have a unique problem on hand. We have a housemaid for past 2yrs, who had been ok to good except since past few months. We had even decided to renew her contract. But since past few months she has been, increasingly, verbally and at times physically abusing our little children (age 4 and 6) especially when no one except them are at home. In front of us she is always very nice but we know because our children keep complaining about her. Also she has been lying openly about almost everything when we try to discuss things with her. Finally after enduring for all these months we decided that a change has become a must for the psychological health of our children. (Child abuse as we know is a severely punishable offence in some parts of the world due to obvious reasons of psychological trauma when at hands of non family member which can even lead to disturbances even in adult life.) So we need advice as to what should be the correct way to go about:
1. Should we cancel her visa and apply to the agency for new housemaid.
2. Should we transfer her visa to another, if possible, willing employer and bring another housemaid as we do not want to cause her any loss of income even though she has been bad to us.

We are not aware of current immigration rules about cancellation/ transfer of visa and getting it renewed for the same nationality.
We are in need of some sure shot answers, about the rules especially, from knowledgeable people as we have been sort of driven to desperation.
Also numbers of some reliable agencies would be a great plus in the answers.
Thanks.

you are very generous, you dont want her income to be stopped and want to hand her over to some other family, with whom she can carry out her abusive behaviour.

if you are sure of what she is doing, have witnessed it yourself, then she needs to be sent back. cancel her visa, because unless you cancel her visa, you cant apply for a new maid visa.

recruitment agents are expensive, but they do all the paper work for you, you can interview as many candidates as you want until you finalise on one. some agencies will even process the visa approval for you.it will take a month to 45 days to get a maid from an agency and if you are not satisfied with them, you can return them back to the agency within 3 months.

If you want to bring another maid. You must cancel the existing maid visa,be careful- No transfers. When you cancel the Visa, you will get a pink form. You can use this form and the copy of the exit permit, to apply for a new maid visa of the same nationality as the existing one. If you want to change the nationality, the procedure is different. You can apply for the new visa after your maid leaves Doha.We had done this recently. PM me if you need any more details.

Cheers

If you are sure of this then you need to immediately cancel and ban her. DO NOT transfer an abusive maid to someone else. If the new family had small children how would you feel if she seriously injured one of them. Anyone who hurts a small child deserves nothing.
