sterring wheel getting lock

Just now we replaced ignition key assembly for prado 2003 model, after we replaced car started normaly but the sterring wheel getting lock and we cannot turn left or right. Can you tell me the good mechanic to do the reseting or advise me what to be done.

you have to go garage salwa rood neer al zajera petrol stastions there same computer check than you get good regulate.
