Sponsorship change and family visa

Hello all,

Good day!

I am working in a company more than 5 years and now i want to change my company sponsorship. my wife and 2 year old son under my sponsorship now.

Even if i changed to new RP, QID number will be same. And in my family's RP, sponsor QID number will remain same. And family RP valid for 3 years also.

so if i am changing my sponsporship(cancelliing my current RP and coming with new RP), is that required to take new RP for family?

Experts please advise.

Your query is a bit confusing.

If after cancelling your RP you are going to exit Qatar and come back on a new visa, Your family must leave before your exit or leave along with you if you are the sponsor and their RP will be cancelled as well. You will not be able to exit with leaving your family behind.
