School & medical treatment for cleft lip child

Dear parents in Doha,

Could you please suggest me in case you are aware of the treatment for my 5 yo daughter who has cleft lip & palate in Doha? She's done 2nd surgery closed both of her lip and palate,but we're looking for the advance treatment to improve her speech ability as well as plastic surgery in the future while we're in Doha.

We also looking for a school which is accepted her condition, I believe she can go for a "regular" school and not special needs as she currently developing her speech ability particularly on articulation.

Appreciate if you could share same experience with us, or aware of your colleagues with the same situation, thanks so much.
