Are Rising Stars Kindergarten teachers and assistants good?

Hi, I have a 3 year daughter and I am looking for a nursery which provides transportation. Rising Stars is close by to my house and it does provide transportation. Can anyone please advise if this kindergarten is good? I have read some bad comments about this nursery in the internet about rude assistants, showing Tv all the time, etc. I actually can't make a decision as I have limited info on this. I visited the place to get information and I asked about the teachers for KG1. unfortunately the nursery staff did not provide proper information. She did not want to give info at least on the nationality of the teachers or qualifications. Hence I really appreciate if anyone could give me a review on this school. Please comment if you have any personal experiences. Thank you.
