repeat prescriptions

Hi, wonder if someone could help here.
my wife is curently under medication and just joined me here in Qatar, to set up permanently. how would she go about repeat prescription?

Visit your Primary Healthcare Center with your healthcard and previous prescription. The physician will access and if found appropriate, he/she will give the same prescription through PHCC, if not will refer you to HMC for further assessment and medication.
