Q Tickets is cheating us

my story with Q Tickets
Monday morning, I used the weak App of Q Tickets to book movie tickets for Thursday , the booking was made very clear, Captain Marvel at Flick Cinema in Al Mirqab
First Booking: they deduct the money from my account and then a big error page appeared , so I have to call the customer service to solve it, after staying on the line for 12 minutes, a nice young lady without any apologies informed me that the booking is not confirmed and I have to rebook again, and about my money, I have to raise a dispute form with my bank as the amount cannot be refunded !!!
Second Booking: I still want to book for the movie, so I did the booking again, I clearly choose seats in the VIP in the middle, and after deducting my money again, the confirmation came with different seats in the corner!!!
why the hell I will book corner seats if the cinema is totally empty for my booking that time !!!!!!
after calling the customer services for three times in two days, and after being promised that my issue will be solved and I will receive a callback, no one called me, no one even bothered himself or herself to tell me if my issue could be solved and no one cares about what really customer want
this is the worst experience ever with any service here in Qatar, the worst ever customer services and I will never ever use this App or this website in the booking of anything here
