Please help me to find a home for my cat

I am leaving Qatar for good after getting married next month.. That itself is stressful enough especially after spending 33 years in this country but these days I am extremely stressed for my pet David the cat... He has been with me over a year and be is almost two years old now.. He is very well trained, a good and obedient cat.. Very loving and expressive.. My fiancé and I both love him but we can't take him with us for some circumstances beyond our control.. We are looking for a family to adopt him within a week.. He has been spayed and neutered and has had all his vaccination.
