He may be saying little muslims as they may be teaching them Islamic songs and such??
Give the guy a break, it is ok for there to be ex-pat groups based on Nationality.. American womans group, Jordanian womans group. Is this so strange?
If you want your kid to learn about Islam I am sure no one would mind if you took your toddler to the group.

surely a playgroup should have as many races, creeds, cultures and relgions as possible...

I think it is so religious intolerance can be ingrained at an early age.
Imagine... teaching young children that there are different religions out there. They would be scarred for life.
Sorry but why only muslims any particular reason just asking???
