Can I use Vonage in Qatar? if not. Please what is the best and cheapest way of reciving and sending calls to family members abroad.

Vonage is good as gold but only to make/receive calls with the US or another Vonage user anywhere on this planet, on the other hand http://www.freecall.com works free pc/landline with more than 40 countries
