is it good for children
Hi... everybody
Myself and my family are planning to ezdan by Jan 2013 but we still unable to have any contact with the real estate. Pls if any one have a contact number of theirs, pls share it as is it important we get dis due to my husband company request is only ezdan real estate. pls help us out...........
we live in ezdan..it is cheap an as fa as i concerned that's it.
there is a sandy playground, basketball playground, football playground, gym, small pool, table tennis and billiard...
It is not too far from Doha, depends on which part of the town are you going to.You need 15 min to the airport, 20-25min to the villagio mall,to the lendmark mall too (but not in rush hour! than you might need over an hour)
You dont need to use main Wakra road, sometimes it is better to use wukair road, passing mesaimer housing and religious complex if you're going to "lower" parts of Doha (Highway and lower than it)
But in rush hours the traffic is like it is :)
The nearest supermarket is Al Meera in Wakra, there are small shops in the compounds.in Ezdan 23 the shop is very well supplied. The neares mall is in the Barwa city, some 10 minutes driving.
villas and apartments are big enough, but water is leaking somewhere constantly, maintenance men don't speak english, security nether..
There are also problems with wires and electrical connections-two villas were burnt in the last few months! so fire protection must be very poor!
There are not enough parking spaces and people park their cars all around the streets, parking you in constantly.
besides, kids are steeling other children toys, scratching cars...not behaving nicely
my conclusion-when our contract expires we will move!
I am planning to move in Ezdan with my family, bcz I feel this is the neat and good place to live with a reasonable rent in Qatar. My wife is looking for a job now. Could anybody advise me about the transportation facilities there? Pls comment my concerns below,
Normally companies are providing transportation to Wakra / car lift availability to the city / whether she has to drive own car / it is better to live in Doha itself ?
Thanks
I dont know where you come from... This is Qatar hardly any power failures here.
I've been here -Azdan 23- since March. My kids love it. They play with other kids in the play ground. So far there hasn't been any power problems..
Best of luck :-)
Hi,
Today it was pretty much hectic with regards to the traffic. If you leave before 7am you would need approximately 1 hour to reach west bay.
Hi, I am thinking of renting an apartment in Ezdan Village 21. I work in West Bay Area. Can anybody please tell an approx time required to reach west bay in the morning office hours?
How is the overall experience of living there? If anybody who is already living there can please share Pros and Cons of the place.
Even we will be shifting to Ezdan 21 next week and I also work in West Bay. it is a calm life over there... Good for a change from the City life.......
Hi Singisking thanks for the information, what about the 1800. Is this also a refundable deposit.
Best Regards,
Nijas.
5300 pm for 12mnths and u get 6mths free. Deposit 5300 + elec water 1800. Total 18 month contract.
There is a new road from Ezdan 23 which is 11 Km to waqood roundabout near medical commission. This will save a lot of time.

Hi ,
Can you tell me about the contract conditions and the amount that we have to pay for Ezdan 23.
Thanks in advance,
Nijas.
I'll be shifting to Ezdan 23 tomorrow, n i worked in Westbay... its far but i think its worth it cz u cant get 2bdrom fully furnished compound type in the middle of the city...
It's kind of far out there, but the 2bdrms were decent sized. Play areas? I didn't notice much for kids. The commute would be a PITB, it takes 40-60 min just for me to get from Corniche area to QF some days. My husband liked wukair cause it is cheap, but there is opportunity cost and living there would mean no time to live-unless you work nearby or from home. Then, I would love living there! Its not in the middle of all this mess.
Yup
Too far from the city
