need access to pool - free or low fees??

i am intrested in teaching my daughter and neice to swim (6 & 8), i was able to find a trainer however she doesn't have access to a pool and neither do i.

does anyone know of any pools that are open to the public or where i can join for a short period, joining fees or per access fees should be reasonable?

also could u recommend other trainers or centres which provide access to pools.
