name change in passport

My wife is with me in Doha on family residence visa. Her passport and RP still reflect her maiden name as we did not yet get a chance to change her name in passport because passport office is very far from our house in India.
so we were thinking to get the name changed in passport at Indian embassy in Doha. as it can be conveniently done here in Doha.
We are also planning to leave Qatar for good. Therefore it is not necessary to change her name in RP, as she will not be coming back.
My question is : will there be problem in exiting the country if the name in passport at the time of exit is different from the name in passport at the time of entry?
Entry name = maiden name & Exit name = with new surname after marriage
If it is easier to change it here at your embassy, better do so to avoid later delays. There is a possibility that immigration will notice the difference. Just if you do so (apply to change the name in RP) dont forget to advise banks and other sectors in which your wife is attached. Plus I think advertise on newspaper as well.
It wont make any difference as such coz any way she is not returning back to Qatar so its kool!!!!!!!!
