You have to bring your ID and passports copy, wife visa copy and exit date of page and fill a newly form from there and submit to the officer.QR 500 /- will be charge for this. Then they will issue a return visa and its validity is maximum for 15 days. that means you have to bring your spouce within that period.
If you will bringing ur wife after 8 months then better go to the same office just 2 weeks before her date of arrival and do the same procedure.bcoz as i said the return visa validity is only for 15 days. all the best !

It is possible to get a Re entry Visa issued for your wife by explaining this at Passport Ofiice with supporting Documents.
renewal by paying fine of QR. 500/- is only possible for students under father sponsorship.
spouses under family visa are not allowed to stay outside country for more than 6 months, chances are there ur wife's visa will get cancelled.
